T=R Case Study - Powerlifting Part 3

All right, let's get to part three of this case study.Little reminder:Part one, we talked about the evaluation that we used on an elite level competitive powerlifter, heavily muscled history of low back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, a lot of things.

And it was in the context, where I think he was frustrated with a lot of things that he'd been doing. There was no evaluation, which was pretty frustrating to see.So, we moved into part two; this is what we're seeing and the unique limitations, and it really relates into where we're gonna go here with part three.Part four drops tomorrow!-CW

P.S. I’ll be presenting an updated version of Lateralizations & Regressions at Perform Better's Functional Training Summit in Chicago July 15th-17th, 2022. Tickets are still available! I hope to see you there!
