Movement Evaluations, Lateralizations & Regressions, and the FMS

Last summer, the topic I covered at the Perform Better Functional Training Summit was going back to lateralizations and regressions, and really unwrapping everything that those words mean, in the T=R model. It's all driven from a single concept of if joints can get into the right positions to absorb and adapt to stress.

This is where the whole concept of the keen movement evaluation starts to unravel, where you may go with your plan, the exercises that you want to do, and where you might want to lateralize.-CW
